This tank bag starts at a spacious 30 litres. 5 powerful magnets secure it to conventional fuel tanks while restraining straps are provided for aluminium tanks. The sloping top comprises a map pocket accessible from inside the lid. Two zips secure the lid either side with a broad Velcro strip sealing the in front section. Besides the two external pockets there is a small, zipped, internal compartment for loose items.
If the 30 litres isn't quite enough room the bag can be effortlessly extended via one of the zips (all of which have large tags for easy grip with gloved hands) to a whopping 40 litres! Off the bike the comfortable handle provides easy transportation with the added versatility of converting the bag to a rucksack if unzipped from the base. A clear raincover keeps it and its contents dry if the weather turns foul.
